Programmes are tailored to your child’s age and developmental needs. Sessions are structured, playful and supportive, with clear goals and parent feedback.
Baby Stimulation Lessons are gentle, one-on-one 30-minute sessions that support early brain and body development during the most important months of growth. Using age-appropriate movement, positioning and sensory play, we encourage the natural development of muscle tone, balance, coordination and body awareness while strengthening the connection between the senses and the brain. Activities are carefully adapted to each baby’s stage of development and presented in a calm, supportive environment, allowing babies to explore safely and comfortably. These sessions help lay the foundations for later milestones such as rolling, sitting, crawling and walking, while also supporting attention, bonding and overall confidence as your baby begins to interact with the world around them.
Movement Lessons are 30-minute sessions designed to build early movement confidence, balance and body awareness through engaging, playful activities. Each lesson is guided by ongoing observation and simple assessment so that activities match the child’s current developmental level. Through structured play and gentle, progressive challenges, we strengthen the foundational movement skills children need for posture, coordination, playground participation and readiness for classroom learning. As these skills develop, children typically become more secure in their bodies, more willing to try new tasks and better able to take part in both school and everyday activities.
Remedial and Perceptual Motor Development focuses on strengthening the brain processes that allow children to move confidently, learn effectively, and cope with everyday school tasks. Through carefully structured, science-based activities, we develop the visual and perceptual skills needed to recognise, remember and interpret what the eyes see, including visual discrimination, visual memory, figure–ground perception and perceptual constancy. We also build spatial awareness and position-in-space understanding so children can organise their bodies and their work more accurately. These foundations are combined with visual-motor coordination and motor planning, enabling the brain and body to work together smoothly for activities such as writing, reading, cutting, dressing and participating in sport. As these underlying skills improve, children often show increased confidence, better concentration and greater independence in the classroom and daily life.
